I just saw this as a I was going through my pictures, I can't remember from where I took the picture but I think it must be an old JOC magazine or a factory publication. I realize the chassis data for the 541 are inexistent, but did they go to Folletts? Or are those the files minus the ones relating to the 541 cars?

I remembered and looked it up: it's from the Parts Bulletin No.1 from Jensen Motors, dating from May 1973:

"We have just completed the transfer of our total stock of parts for the above models to Charles Follett (Service) Ltd, 6, Hall Road,
St. John‘s Wood, London N.W.8.
From this date Charles Follett Ltd will be responsible for supplying parts for the 541 series, and all Distributor requests should be sent direct to Folletts. In addition, all the Chassis files which have been maintained at Jensen Motors for every car have also been transferred, and whilst these files cannot be allowed to leave the premises of Folletts they will, however, be available for reference purposes."

On a slightly related discussion, what happened to the chassis data for the exported US Interceptors?
Was that transferred?
I wonder if either of these collections of chassis data exist somewhere?

Good point, those went to the Qvale company in California, I think.

Parts Bulletin No 1 is reproduced in the Service Bulletins at p472.

The Service Department (chassis) files for Interceptors were not sent to the US. A separate series of Interceptor records was maintained there by BMCD.

AFAIK, the 541 service files no longer exist, the Interceptor files are in the custody of Martin Robey and the BMCD files no longer exist.
