I spotted it.
I also wondered how a Rover P6 (introduced 1963) was in a few scenes of events that took place in 1961. But I concluded that maybe by the time of the trials etc it was '63. My main conclusion was that I need to get out more... :D
Been a good series to watch. As the opening script said, you couldn't make it up.
What a stitch up.

You're probably correct Richie. Ward's trial was July '63, Keeler was again in court in December.

The Rover was introduced in October '63, so not a lot of them about, even by December.

Having been out of the country when this was shown, I just caught up with it. I have to admit to exclaiming “541” when MRD was shown with the car, having totally forgotten about this thread.
Very good series with great acting.
The car looked terrific too.
