I Haven't see the 541 convertible for a number of years but i think i went for a ride in the Healey at one of the International meetings. Really fast and really loud and I think Martin Shirley was involved in building it. If not the owner drove it to the Ace Cafe for one of our meetings there and what seemed like a good idea that morning turned into a nightmare journey on the A40 because of the noise all the way from Oxford. And then he had to go home again after the meeting. Not expecting him to do it again this year.
