Torque issue 9

Post by ajc9415 »

Received Tourque 9 on Friday which was an unexpected Christmas surprise! I haven’t had the chance to go through it yet but a big thanks to the people who spend the time to pull these things together for our collective benefit. :D

Many thanks JohnImage, as said I seem to stock-pile my Joc Mags and never really get to read them(only a quick flick through when they arrive  ) as I am always doing other things, but, because I read this post and went to find it I actually made a cup of tea and read it, well.. read the bits that interest me, one being the build of Tony Millers LS3 conversion with IRS, some of you may know that I carried out this IRS conversion on one of Interceptors but then stripped it again ready for paint of which it is still sitting waiting for that, anyway Tony Miller has also done a lot of research into the Veight "S" and JIA "R"s, there were a few things I could never get to the bottom of, but they are all revealed in that article.. It made brilliant Sunday reading for meImage.. So. thank you for raising this thread Adrian Image and also Paul and any others for putting the mag together, this is for you all..Image

Grant -

You should drive your Interceptor to Torquay, to read your issue of Tourque, while you are enjoying a nice glass of Tokat from Turquie! Maybe bring a 6-pack!

Rather than taking content that JOC members have paid for why not join the club and get Torque and access to on-line copies of all past magazines?
Cost for new European members is a bargain £47 - what with the exchange rate thanks to Brexit then it's even better value.
https://www.joc.org.uk/club/membership/join

Otherwise you could buy a copy from Regalia for £5.95 plus postage, contact Raj at regalia@joc.org.uk
