The car parking deals for the NEC are on the NEC main website, the best offer for most days due to a lot pre-booking is pre-paying £12.00 to save queuing for parking, for the Friday at least there doesn't appear to be any other options.

I tried the NEC's own car parking pre-booking and all pre-booking appears to be sold out.
