Has anybody managed to register a French Telepease in the UK

As per the heading, I thought it might be easier to get one of these devices to sit in the windscreen rather than keep stopping to pay tolls. The problem is I don't speak hardly any French and I need to register it first apparently.

Any guidance would be very helpful. I have tried Google translate but 2 hours with that last night and it nearly went in the bin.

I have just done a quick check and found saneftolling.co.uk which seems to indicate you can buy the secure tag in the UK. Might be worth a try and it is in English!
