Jensen AEA 18H (Geoffrey Healey's car?)

Post by felixkk »

From the Healey archives at Warwick:
Small Geoffrey Healey notebook with label on front ‘Jensen AEA 18H – keep in car’
One page of notes on car registration and races e.g. Sebring (1961-1965).
File number CR 4804/4/32, n.d. (not dated), Page 164

I'm wondering which model this was. I'm up in the mountains and have none of the books on me and have found nothing on the forum or the internet...

According to Calvers bible, AEA 18H was a blue Interceptor MkII factory demonstrator, sold in September 1970. I have had a quick read through of the Warwick files, alas I cant see any mention of V8 541s..

Hi Francis

Thanks! But why the notes of the '61-'65 races? Odd. I was somehow expecting it to be a West Bromwich registered Austin-Healey...

I was of course searching the files for the same thing you were :D
