Classic Rally Association - Jensen

Post by ajc9415 »

Hi,

I happened to be on the Classic Rally Association website and looking at results for Jensen the following came up.

The 10th Monte Carlo Challenge 1999 - Nigel Stansfield / Richard Moorhouse - Jensen 541 deluxe
The 2nd Rally of the Tests - Scarborough 2002 - Andrew Sharp / TBA - Jensen 541
The 14th Winter Challenge - Geneva 2003 - Roy Pine / Pat Keane / Philip Gibbs - Jensen Interceptor
The 15th Winter Challenge - Monte Carlo 2004 - Roy Pine / Pat Keane - Jensen Interceptor
The 3rd Emerald Isle Classic 2005 - Pat Keane / Roy Pine - Jensen Interceptor
The 5th Emerald Isle Classic 2007 - Pat Keane / Roy Pine - Jensen Interceptor

No details of cars I'm afraid but perhaps someone will recognise names from previous owners of their cars.

Regards

Adrian

The Roy Pine car is the "Monteceptor". IIRC he swapped the front chassis member for a Mk II to get the improved suspension. Try searching on here.

I think the Roy Pine Interceptor belongs to John Stephenson , South Devon

115/2584 had a Mk2 front end factory retrofitted in the early 1970's, and I have
seen the rally plates at a few local events I have attended with John.

Hi All,

Yes this is my Car {Lola}, bought her 8 years ago and still going well.
She had entered several Classic Rallies.
Yes she is a MK1 with a Factory fitted Mk2 front suspension with Power Steering.

Cheers,

John
