Shipping cellulose paint abroad

Has anyone had any experience in shipping cellulose paint from UK to Germany ?
Any companies who will do this.
There seems to be a lot of new regulations in force preventing this ?
Quantity involved is probably not more than 4 litres of paint and similar quantity of thinners.

Hello Mike, I ship liquids all around the world all the time.. if you are too honest and particular about the contents with anything you try to ship... it won't get shipped if you understand my meaning, the best thing is to be vague and brief... mark it as "classic car parts" and use the correct commodity code for that and all will be well Obviously others may see it differently
