Beverley in the Swinging Sixties

The video below has been shared on a couple of Facebook pages, though originally from the East Riding Archives, and shows a drive through Beverley in the 1960s, there are some interesting cars, but is that a Jensen C-V8 on the right in the first few seconds of the video?

If you mean the dark car joining from the right in the park before you go through the arch into the town then I think it's a Triumph Spitfire.

I think we mean the same one, but it looks too long for a Spitfire, though I agree the roof appears to have a kink in it, as if it is a soft top.

Agree with Chris. My first thought was a Spitfire too.

I also think it is a Spitfire MkI/II. It is way to low to be a C-V8.
