A Really Hansome car inside and out Nick... Interceptor interiors in a light colour like this in my opinion are just so rich, warm and classy.Image

Grant, always give me a grin when I get in. Have to run my hands through the sheepskin every time I get in which is why I probably get those strange looks.

Love the sheepskin and interior color Nick, which mine has and will have redone too!

Keeping the black leather with natural sheepskin inserts per factory spec.

Did you replace all the dial and vent trims and what have you got set up for the stereo?

Visited the Jensen this weekend before I collect her in Jan to restart the restoration.

I’m even more convinced to go with the original Tangerine colour. Everything seems to be very solid inside and out and all parts seem to be with the car, apart from the rear passenger side window and sill trims.

Cannot wait to get the work started......

Hope you guys who are going have a good Christmas dinner tonight. :)

Cheers Grant!

Yep it’s 27k miles. Also need to find someone to do the vinyl roof once it’s orange again.... who do we use for this? 8)

I absolutely love the colour of the tinted glass, did all the MkIIIs have the same?

Yes re the tints, all cars if ordered with Syndym glass had the same from what I know Sam.. maybe it was standard as time when on as I have only ever noticed that some Mk1s didn't have tints,

New vents from Appleyards and dials cleaned. Radio has been adapted with 3.5mm jack so can use my phone to play music or digital radio. Belts were refurbished so 8 track works and new speakers fitted.

Ladies and Gentlemen, it is only when the low mileage and condition are equal . I Helped purchase a 53 Eldorado Cadillac with 98,000 miles on it with nearl no rust or damage and the car had one refinish was probably30 Year’s old and the overall patina was almost identical. We brought the car back as a survivor. Low mileage is good. As long as a lot of the car equals it in appearance (condition). Especially in rust free damage free and strong chrome and interior. Do not get me wrong but overall condition is of highest priority and low mileage is a plus. I am seeing hardly no survivor type Cars being presented in the Interceptor catagory. Here in the States the Survivor cars are becoming more and more popular and much appreciated. RacerJoe

Not sure if my Jensen 8 track can be resurrected but fingers crossed.

Sounds like pretty much all interior trim parts can be obtained?
