An Unusual Reaction to the Car

Post by Richie »

Jane and I spent a very fine overnight stay in Penarth yesterday. It would've been rude to drive there in a Honda as opposed to arriving there in a Jensen.

On our arrival, a hotel maintenance man emerged and declared "Sir, your car smells absolutely fantastic".

I've not had that reaction before.

Definitely referring to the exhaust Grant yes.
He had a huge smile and gave two 'thumbs up' and after laughing at my reply that the fuel bills aren't so fantastic, quickly disappeared back to his work.
Was a good start to a fine mini break.
