We had a leisurely day at Pistons & Props at Sywell Aerodrome last Saturday and I think FATs was the only Jensen there either in the Pole Position parking or the Club Parking. She got there and back without a hitch and I actually think I have turned her into a reliable car!
The flying displays were good though I have to admit that the highlight of the day for me was watching the street racing, the sight of a Fiat 126 whizzing past a big muscle car was hilarious. There was a rather neat yellow (street legal) Capri for sale for £19.5k which turned my eye but I'd forgotten to take any cash with me so it didn't come home with us and anyways I don't think drag car racing is really my sport.
Did anyone attend on the Sunday?
