Hi Guys... yes YBP 5G is alive and well living in sunny (for now) Lancashire and yes he came to me with the name of Genghis. Pic from 2017 International attached.

How do club cars get there name ?

Robin named 'him' Ghengis.

The car was a serious nutter- it just wouldn't take no for an answer, off the clock on Mulsane straight- wonderful memory.
A car with a very great history & massive personality, their aint too many like 'him'!

The MK3 on the right used to belong to a chap called Peter Adams.. he had alot of property,.. I was a sub-contractor for him doing alot of works in his property's when I was 20years old and had my 1st Interceptor, I used to turn up to the Jobs in it!! :lol: .. he also had the "one off" Jensen Esperando.. which basically was a re-bodied CV8... Not sure what has happened to him now but it was so long ago and he was getting on a bit.. I guess he may have passed nowImage

It looks like it was outside Kelvin way to me Jens.. simply that the bricks on the building look the sameImage

Not so sure about that Dunc.. Although.. as you know I am starting to look younger everyday now :P ... Here he is in 2015 on the left and Derek on the right with his P66.. it was Dave Horton that brought the P66 back from the USA if I remember correctly >>>

I was looking through an old JEC magazine (2015) and came across this article. Dave and his cars were well known.
