How many left

Post by Steve Payne »

I dont know about others but I often get told ''there cant be many of those left'' and I always answer you will be suprised.

Having a look on How many left .com it looks like there are a lot more than we ever see at any meetings or car shows.

A quick look reckons approx 450 UK Interceptors alone on the road and about the same again sorn'd, so why dont we see more at shows and the events?

Hi Steve,

I would imagine at least 50% of all Jensens still in existence
are not known by the JOC.

How many left has many cars classed as missing and isn't very
accurate. My Mk3 Int is registered as a CV8 on the MOT!

Hopefully the new JOC register will go some way to get the
correct figures.

As one or two of you might know I try and track mk1s. Richard Calver also has some stats. See

But remember stats are like a lamp post to a drunk. Not for illumination more for support.
