Serious problem with beer at our local pub

Post by Howie »

I have just been to our local and there is a guest beer called " E type" !!! we need to have a Jensen interceptor beer with 6.3 or 7.2% alcohol ! We can't let the side down. Actually the beer was rather tasty and after another couple of points I got rather accustomed to it, but I won't be changing my interceptor for an E type just yet.

It's worse at my local.

This is brewed just down the road ...

They used to have 'Interceptor' as a guest beer at a local pub in Brentwood, haven't seen it for a year or so now.
My daughter chatted up the barman and came home with the pump clip!. 4.7 must be a small block.

That is absolutely brilliant Dave, and well done to your daughter. Would be nice to see it back on sale again.

Can't recommend this enough.

Also has a Jensen connection as made by Donald Healeys family

I wonder what happened to this stuff?
Wasn't bad.

Good man, Colin.

I think I actually do have the last box containing 6 bottles ...

There will be no more of it since the winery went into insolvency and is not existing anymore.

So it is going to be a different stuff this year.
