Hay there how do I add a picture of the inter 1 with wooden carbs

It's fairly straightforward.
First, have the image uploaded to somewhere on the internet. There are plenty of free hosting services available. Note the URL (the web address) of the image.
Second, click the 'Img' box. Type in the URL of the image. Click the 'Img' box again to close it off.
That should be it.
