I've never seen one of these before and it stumped me for a while:

Toyota Alphard or similar, they had some in the import car lot when I was looking to upgrade my BMW. Great to be driven around in from what I saw, luxury people mover.

Spot on Ray - I'd never seen or heard of one before and was thrown by the bonnet emblem. Japanese Domestic Market only but this one had clearly escaped to Australia!

They get brought into the UK in small numbers too, as a more modern replacement after the Mazda Bongo factory burned down and no more of the original generation were made.
We were vaguely looking at getting a Bongo a few years back and Alphards were available in relatively large numbers down on the south coast, having been shipped in from Japan to (I guess) Southampton. There are a couple of other similar vans that get brought in for a similar purpose (e.g. Nissan Elgrand and a Mitsubishi something). They mostly tend to be large-ish petrol engined with auto box and lots of extras. We were not impressed by the quality of most of the south coast backstreet camper van conversions, so we never bought one.

I'll kick off the discussion with "Delahaye".
"Now that chassis number is particularly interesting ‘cos it’s the one after the one before, which is the one after mine, not many people know that"

They're also quite popular in Indonesia. They're the sort of vehicle used by Garuda to transport 1st class passengers from their hotels to the airport and as chauffeur driven vehicles for wealthy Indonesians. Few, if any, are owner driven. There is also the "sporting" model called the Vellfire.

Re: Name that car
It is a local body shop and I am helping the owner with his 1966 S Type Jaguar, its his personal car. He started it 3 years ago when he thought he would freshen the paint and it has turned into a full restoration with some sensible upgrades like electronic ignition.
Should be test driving it in the next few weeks and yes I will post some pictures.
This is where I spotted the Peugeot 504. He does have some interesting vehicles in.
