Re: Name that car
The little blue 1930s coupe looks very much like something Sir William Lyons would have created when he ran the SS (later Jaguar) company?

The little blue coupe is a BSA Scout, which I photographed in Ankara last year.
I was surprised to see it's FWD.

Maybe to you, but less so for the goat (and probably also for the driver)

Re: Name that car
Never mind. I hear the tables were turned many years later and the goat had a very happy retirement.

Re: Name that car
There seems to be a V8 badge on the side, so a luxury car. It looks like some of the early Italian styling influenced Mazdas and Datsuns, although slightly ungainly. Could it be a Prince?

Similar to the Sunbeam Venezia
Built by Touring of Milan.
A Jensen connection there.
But the front grille looks like it was nicked off a Hillman Super Minx. And the windscreen is different.
And the car looks a bit Volvo-ish!

Re: Name that car
I was also going to say a Prince. It definitiely has that Japanese feeling. I think the V badge on teh side is a red herring and not symbolising that it is a V8. From the grille, I'd vote Mazda.
