The image resize stuff is done on the test site, I still need to do the resize for avatars though. I was going to say work keeps getting in the way but that seems to be when I make most progress, in the evenings / weekends at work waiting for a process to complete....

I also need to do the instructions and find someone to check them - you will be getting a PM later this week :D

Excellent Zac
I have to resume snapping. Only the last couple of days a 308GTB, a Corvette, model T, several Mustangs mostly sixties, Toronado, Challenger, umpteen MBGs and Spitfires, Corniche convertible but no Jensens. I wonder where they are. My JH is out and about half the time.

And I do have quite a few unpublished pics that are not too old to count.

Changes have been made to allow images and avatars to be uploaded onto the test forum, Chris Reed kindly volunteered to test it, I have also asked Stephen to take a look so we will see what they find....

Eh what? Asleep at the wheel here; I'll go and see what your email says.

Good luck with this, as I have not understood how to post either, such a shame but appreciate the constraints and the work involved.

I think its appropriate at this point to mention, the reason we have extra cash available within the club is solely due to Lewi Lewis, our Chairman, negotiating a massive discount on the cost of producing the club magazine.I hear plenty of 'chelping' on occasion but very little plaudits for one of the best Chairman this club has ever had.A degree of fairness would'nt go amiss at times.

I suspect a lot of people will download a lot of pictures once the new ssystem goes live. I like a lot of people are put off the photo bucket thing because of the hassle.

I often snap photos with my phone while out every day but they never appear on here due to the time it takes.

Will there be enough capacity to take it?

Good point Steve. As long as we stay with pictures the associated cost will normally be ok. It when you move into moving pictures the costs move skywards (gawdawful pun I know  )

If I might come to Pieman's rescue before Denise starts asking awkward questions?
'Chelping' is one of those dialect/regional words that have been misappropriated by a sexual sub-culture to try and explain the unexplainable.
(Eg. What happened to the words 'gay' or 'camp')

Here's the original definition of 'chelping' and to which I'm sure Mark was referring to:

To chelp- is to cry, a chelper is someone who cries, and chelping the act of crying. Usually directed at women.
Woman heard sobbing.
Man: "Who's that chelping?"

I agree with Mark and would also extend this to all the committee who im sure put up with a lot of hassle in a job which has no financial rewards.
