I was looking at a picture of a convertible earlier and thinking a Coupe based on that roof shape would have been very desirable:

I have to say that I'm partial to the fish bowl myself.
(I've heard it mentioned that it was based on some type of Brazilian car. )

Re: is this a real Jensen conversion ?
Anyone know who designed the Brasinca (which I'd never heard of)? I havn't been able to find out. Styling houses, especially the Italians at that time, had very much a house style, so cars designed for different manufacturers do share a family resemblance, so would be interesting to hear whether it was a Touring product.

This Brazilian website http://bestcars.uol.com.br/classicos/brasinca-1.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; appears to credit Rigoberto Soler Gisbert, a Spaniard living in Brazil with the creation of the car.MikeWilliams wrote:Anyone know who designed the Brasinca (which I'd never heard of)? Re: is this a real Jensen conversion ?
Anybody remember the one off auctioned a year ago or so which had a lot in common with the original prposals for the Interceptor by Touring? I know I posted a link to it somewhere but cannot find it here. It was made ca 1962, and the rear hatch was very close to the actual Interceptor hatch. The whole car was very close to the recent Int successor shown in another styling thread here. I think it was a Touring design but ....
