What a Load of Ole Cods Wallop, I love the fact it's a Manual car and I adore the wheelsImage..But the commentary is foolish and comes across like the listeners are all complete foolsImage

Read the comments they're even funnier, especially Gridkeeper's replies. Some of the best entertainment I've seen in a long time, it beats the telly :D
Hope those wheels aren't connected to the original kingpins, with the diff change I wouldn't like to do 300MPH knowing I have Westminster suspension

So here’s the cars own website.

You won’t read much of it.

There’s more bull than an election manifesto…

Nice wheels! I was worried it was one of those many projects that would never get finished!

It's "For idiots only".
Not "For gullible idiots only"

I see this Interceptor has allegedly been stripped out for weight reduction.
I knew a young engineer at Canadair who removed the A/C system from his Camaro in order to improve performance.
When I met him in Hamburg 30 years later he was embarrassed when I asked him if he had removed the A/C system from his Mercedes.

Good to see an engine that has supposedly had lots spent on it throwing out nice rust water, no sign of any antifreeze, and if it boils over going to the petrol station, God knows what it would be like when using the full 3000HP.

He is right in saying it is the only Interceptor GTS on the planet, as he's made it up. I'm thinking of taking the rear seats out of mine and having the only Interceptor 2 seater in the world. :D

Have the chaps doing the world's fastest Jensen spoken to this chap as he obviously has got it sorted, and perhaps they have gone down the wrong route with their efforts

I actually think it's fairly tasteful and quite well restored. Just a shame about all the rubbish in the back story.

Last word goes to the man making the video as he zoomed in on the writing [3,000 hp] on the bonnet scoop: "It's really 300,000 horsepower? Wow!" Time to nip down to Halfords to buy some more stick-on chrome zeroes!

Grant, I can help you on this, they are definitely not Wolfrace wheels as he says in the original blurb. They look to be an old Appliance wheel from the 70’s which we used to stock, they went out of business years ago, or they may be just a regular Magnum 500 center welded to a steel wheel and chrome effect paint.

The problem is if you want to be believed you have to be consistent, originally it was 2,200 hp now it is 3,000hp. The tyres on the car are BF Goodrich Radial TA an old 60’s design that is only rated up to 113mph, to travel at the 200mph would be insane thing to do.

I appreciate it is a question of each to their own but a little truthful publicity would work a treat.

I will be at the FOS on Thursday so I will let you know if the car makes it up the hill.
