Thanks Richard,

Much appreciated.

There are so many cars that were registered with a private plate, then removed at a later date.

I now have 130 cars confirmed.

(Will drop you a line to share info soon)

Good question Chris ,

I guessed someone would ask that eventually.

I remember you wanting to do a Mk2 site ,

Are you still up for it ?

That's a fine looking car. The way it sits, the wheel / tyre combination, and the subtle front valance changes, make it look just right. And with the colour scheme of pale, with a red top, it is the ideal match for me!

Hello Pymmie,

RJX 450K was first registered in May 72 and supplied by G.S.Twigg of Luton but initially carried a private plate.

I know nothing of her history from then until I took her on in 2009,but am interested and plan to do some research in the near future.

A strange peculiarity that i have discovered working on her is although a UK car, all the US emissions equipment was fitted (now removed).

The picture you have posted has really got me stumped, there is no doubt its during my ownership as the chap sat behind her i know, but the event i can't remember!

I hope the above info gives you a bit more for the records.

Best wishes, Tim.
Tim

It does look well, but why is there a rug on the roof?
I can't see the bottom of the hole I've dug!
