David Devine Conquers the Thames
I met up with a few JOC members at theThames Traditional Boat Festival this Saturday. I great display of Traditional Boats, Classic Cars and some that were a combination of both! David Devine took to the river in a rather special vehicle.

Nice one Dave!
Stalwart I believe?
Shame i couldn't get there but the ability to go around corners is on a par with being able to stop and without one of them you are on a looser!

Re: David Devine Conquers the Thames
Thanks Andy for the pictures of my river trip in an Alvis Stalwart ( correct Shaun) which got a lot of funny looks driving down Henley High St as it was to heavy to use the slip at the Trad site. But not as many as from other river users as we plied our way down the river in a lorry. A nice young lady on the trip told me why it was painted white, it was her wedding car.
