Hi Karan
Thanks for the encouragement, it would be great to get a few more takers.
Currently we stand at 9 members booked at the hotel and 2 members wanting to attend but I'm not sure if they have yet booked.
Not a bad turn out considering the distance but it would be great if we could have a few more.
Thanks to all.
Stay well.
Regards
Richard

Well that's us booked in for the weekend. Better see if my J-H is still where I left it outside in the sheds.
The hotel didn't take any money upfront and we can cancel up to the day before FOC, not that we are planning to!

Hi everyone.

Looking forward to this weekend. Unfortunately my J-H petrol tank has converted itself to flakey rust which I haven't had time to sort.

We'll be ringing our pickup or Anne's Smart Roadster Coupe instead. Just depends on the amount of luggage!

Not quite the same but there we are.

Had a good day driving, visited a few good venues. Even the weather was kind.

Hi Everyone.
The Spring Break was, I feel, a success and great fun. Even the weather cooperated, some haar (heavy sea mist) in the morning which gradually burned away during the day meaning that it was not too cold for the people and not too warm for the cars. It did rain on Monday morning though.
I believe everyone had a good time with no automotive casualties (despite a couple of hiccups).
I will write an article for the magazine.
Thanks again to everyone who came and who made the weekend a success.
Regards
Richard

Just wanted to add my thanks to Richard for organising an excellent weekend. We made it to Skye but unfortunately the FF didn't want to leave. It's on it way back on a transporter following an engine problem. Hoping it's going to be fit for Le Mans Classic!

Better the engine than the transmission...

Hopefully a simple fuel or ignition problem as these engines are pretty tough.

Hi we really enjoyed looking around Scotland with the Jensen and even took a picture of the car outside the second owner's house at one year old as we were going past.
