The date is Friday 24th September, as published in the events diary in the JOC Magazine.

Just tried booking but Goodwood say GRRC have not told them how to do this so I'm waititng to hear back from them.

As at 12.15 today (Tuesday), this should have been sorted.
The Goodwood ticket office have been busy with FoS and have some new starters but they should know about it.
The date is 24th September. It is the afternoon session. It will shown on the Goodwood website as sold out. This is because 15 spaces are reserved for the JOC until 15th July and the rest of the availability above the 15 has been sold.
I will contact Peter Best Insurance again in the morning and find out if there is any further issue.

I believe the event is this Friday, 24th Sept.
Can we still come along to Riverbourne Classics even if we aren't taking part in the track day?

The event is taking place on this Friday, there are a few booked in for the Goodwood track.
The rendezvous is at River Bourne Classics, Unit 1, Williams Garage, Main Rd, Otterbourne, Winchester SO21 2EE at 10am.
They are expecting us and if anyone (including Grant & Phil) wants to join us for morning coffee they are welcome to do so. I will be there (although not in the Jensen).
We will be leaving no later than 11am as it's about an hour's drive to Goodwood.

Anyone know of a good petrol station to stop off at just before we get to Goodwood from River Bourne Classics, I'll need to add fuel before we go on track?

There's a Sainsbury's less than 2 miles away. Good point, I'll add it in as an interim destination on the route. There's also a Tesla charger not far away but I don't think we'll need that!

In the end just 2 owners made it for the day. Both Jensen-Healeys. Unfortunately Goodwood did not cover themselves in glory over the booking (cocked it up) and some others who did try to book were not able to and one was placed in the morning sessions instead of the afternoon sessions. Nevertheless the two Healeys, and the drivers and passengers, had a great day out and I will do a write-up with pictures in the next magazine.
