Spring Break

Post by RichardGibson »

Hi All
Next year we are hoping to have a Spring Break in SCOTLAND.
We have selected the May weekend from Friday 30th April to 03rd May.
Provided Covid 19 does not put the Kybosh on everything we are holding the Spring Break in the Crieff/Pitlochry area and it should include a trip to the Internationally renown vintage and classic car restorers in Alyth on the Saturday along with a trip to the Highland Chocolatier in Tullybelton on Sunday.
This weekend has been chosen as the local councils should have stopped salting the roads and the weather will be good, I have it on good authority (I spoke to Carol).
I am still working on hotel accommodation but in the running are: The Crieff Hydro, The Pitlochry Hydro and the Atholl Palace Hotel.
It would help me enormously if I could get an idea as to numbers so please indicate your interest in the Sprig Break.
Thank you all and keep well.

We would love to attend a meeting in Scotland but at the moment things are to uncertain to make a definitive decision. In April/May there is a good chance that Covid-19 subsides and that International travel is allowed again without restrictions but we'll have to wait and see.

I might be interested subject to restrictions etc.
I should be back from Australia by then, if they allow me to leave.
