The weekend includes accommodation on Friday and Saturday nights at the hotel, dinner on Friday evening, Saturday breakfast, dinner dance, Sunday breakfast and lunch

Cost:

£200/head sharing twin or double room

or

£260 single

Is there any update as to if this is going ahead? I have only paid for the Saturday night dinner / dance tickets as was originally committed until the Saturday morning elsewhere.

Have seen so many other things cancel before / around and after but just wondered on a update for this from the committee?

The committee anticipates making a formal announcement on this after the Prime Minister reveals the plans on Sunday for easing the lockdown.

Ok thank you.....it seems that any gathering so far is being cancelled with or without government advice as a precaution.

I am not too pessimistic. Let's see what happens next Sunday in the UK and hope for the best. Boris may relax the restrictions enough to have the International?
Concerning the HJGH Autumn weekend we have at least the opportunity to cancel without costs before the end of June. We will try to negotiate with the hotel to postpone that date by a month.
If we have to cancel, all the money paid already by the participants will be refunded.

I am not recommended to come to anything like this until they get a vaccine ready. I'd probably get away with it, but there is a strong chance that if I caught Covid-19 I'd start falling down dead all over the place, and I'd rather avoid that. Damn.
