International itinerary

Post by Mark Ell »

Apologies if this is posted elsewhere. I am planning to attend the international. Unfortunately I will not make the Friday so I am looking for the Itinerary for the Sat and Sunday so I can plan the journey around some of the activities.

The general format is AGM on Saturday morning around 10 or 10.30am followed by lunch and a drive out in the afternoon. Dinner and dance in the evening. Sunday morning is about the cars, concours, show 'n' shine, benchmarking and generally socialising followed by lunch and depart mid afternoon.

The plan is to have the AGM at the slightly earlier time of 9.30. The drive out will probably start about 11.30-12.00 depending on how long the meeting lasts.

I will at the International Weekend on my own this year, if anyone is Jensen-less and wants to come in a C-V8 on the scenic run on the Saturday please let me know.

The rear seats are in loosely so probably best for just one passenger in the front :-)
