Great stuff John.

Really looking forward to this one. These South west tours get better every time.

Looking at the list of who’s going I think we will have an absolute cracking time and a lot of laughs.

Hi John,
I haven't received your email yet but I am sure the buffet will be a nice surprise.

I noticed the dates in the latest magazine are wrong for this but I am sure everyone going knows when it is!

Looking forward to some more great Jensen motoring and seeing everyone again.

Hi all,
Well there are now literally "no rooms left at the inn"! I just bagged the only remaining room at the Dartmoor Lodge, which happens to be a single. Isn't that lucky as my family have no interests in cars or a weekend on Dartmoor and I have no friends anyway. Looking forward to meeting some of the people who have been so welcoming to me in my first two years of Jensen ownership (especially Grant always helpful with advice for my MkII).

I just called the hotel to see if they have availability for the Thursday 26th as I'd prefer to avoid Friday nightmare traffic :)

Firstly, they were pleased I'd called as I was one of the people who had not paid £100 deposit.
If you haven't already paid the deposit, I suggest you call them soon.

I can also now confirm that I'm planning on driving in convoy with "Zac" Zacaroli who will be sharing my twin room from Thursday to Sunday.

Hi Martin ,

Great to hear that Zac’s coming along. I do like his C-V8.

I’ll be sending out further details nearer the time, with a list
of additional costs like the Saturday lunch buffet and various car
park fees on the Moor.

I’m trying to work out scenic routes and hope everyone will do a bit of
walking as some of the views from the top of the tors are stunning.

Hi Everyone,

Just a quick update on tour details.

I spent the day with another local Jensen owner (John Mk1) finalising routes around the moors and trying to take in many picturesque and interesting places along the way.

Also checked out hotel and Sat lunch buffet.

I will soon be sending out an email showing additional costs. So far this is the lunch buffet , tour rally plates & passenger ferry tickets for Sunday.

I will also list various car park charges you will incur along the drive.

Hoping the weather will be favourable and really looking forward to seeing everyone.

John P

Looking forward to it John, even though I'm not staying at the hotel, I presume there will be costs for me ( and Alan & Chris) for meals at hotel if we are to join in.

Give me a call if you need to discuss.

Hi Everyone,

Spent the day in Kingswear/Dartmouth sort out a few final things..

Please check your group email...

I am hoping most people will take up the option of boarding the 'Kingswear Castle' paddle steamer for a cruise up the Dart.

There is an irony on Gas guzzling car owners travelling on the ONLY COAL powered paddle steamer in the UK.

If your in the area please feel free to join us , cars will be parked in Darthaven Marina between 11am - 4pm

Regards

John Pym
