Ace Cafe Aug 12th 2017

Post by David Devine »

Well the secrets out the Jensen's at the Ace this year is going to be a joint event with the Bristol car Club. so there will be some new things to look at on the day. The Bristol Club was next to the Jensen stand at the London Excel Centre and were talking about the joint event but our side did not know as I had not told anyone yet. Sorry about that.

So get there early.

Hi Gary

We normally get between 30-40 cars over the day but the car park could hold nearly double that. Parked tighter than we normally do but we should be ok.

So, what could be the collective noun for a group of Bristols?

Bristles.

OBTW: We American Boys want to see a lot more pictures of the Essex Girls from this event. That one in the blue dress was smokin' hot last year.

And do us American boys another favor, and post up pictures of the Bristols, too! I wish I could be there!

Just a reminder that the joint Jensen Owners' Club/Bristol Owners' Club meeting is scheduled for Saturday 12th August at the Ace Café in North London. Hope to see a good number of our marque there.

Has anyone kept in touch with the Bristols folks to make sure they'll be putting on a good Display of Bristols! (pun intended )

Just heard from Shaun that there is no mention of this event on the Bristol car club web site. So we may be on our own.

But I doubt it.

Hopefully I'll be there, just finished fitting the replacement axle. Will be giving it a test run on the way to the MOT station then straight up the A2 to see you lot and have a spot of lunch. Maybe..........
