We have finalised the agenda, some minor changes possible, but here it is:

Friday, 15. September 2017

Arrival (for those who aren't here already)
from 6 pm to open end: Get Together, barbeque, maybe added by a beer or two.

Saturday, 16. September 2017

Breakfast
10 am: Start of the 111 Mile Drive (incl. road book, reliability, regularity, tests - be prepared for some fun and a surprise or two)
Lunch at Fichtelberg, 1.214 m above sea level
5 pm: back in hotel
7 pm: dinner in a nice location, maybe added by a glass of wine (or a beer or two). Winners ceremony.

Sunday, 17. September 2017

Breakfast
10 am: departure to Dresden
11 am: sightseeing in Dresden, a selection of guided tours to Frauenkirche (the famous Church of Our Lady), Gemäldegalerie Alte Meister (Old Masters paintings), Verkehrsmuseum (Museum of Transport, cars, trains, planes, main focus on Eastern Germany), Grünes Gewölbe (Green Vault, the King's treasure chamber), Rüstkammer (armory)
4 pm: end of the meeting, maybe combined with a beer or two, departure (?)

You will find the official registration form within the next JOC magazine, everyone who has shown his interest and made a reservation already will also receive this form via email. If you're interested and haven't done so far, please send an email to deutschland@joc.org.uk and you'll be on the mailing list.

It's going to be anything but hectic, Dave.

No concours, no polishing, no remarks from the judges, just a relaxed time with friends and a wee bit of fun.

There might be no concours and no remarks from the judges but I don't believe for one moment there will be no polishing.
It's simply not possible to have a car park full of Jensens without at least some polishing going on!

In my case more likely than polishing, would be repairing. My car at least might dismantle itself on the cobbled motorways.
I ought to explain that I was hoping to make a late decision/ entry. I want to see first how our holiday in Spain with the JH, pans out.

You may bring all the tools you want to keep the car on the road, there will be many experts more than willing to completely restore your car during the three days Peter.

And just btw: there are not so many "cobbled motorways" here any more 8)
