Hi Phil ,

Saturday was around 55 miles , but took in St Michaels Mount , Porthcurno , Minack Theatre , Lands End , Botallack & Levant mines and a north coast blast back to St Ives

Sunday was a 30 mile drive to Trebah Gardens.

Think the balance was just about right.

Will knuckle down and write an article ASAP

Other did more, but I clocked up 676 miles from home back to home.
As said before, a fantastic weekend in one of the best parts of our island. Terrific weather and very well organised. Thank you John, Jackie and Mark.
There was even the world premiere of a one-off never seen before Jensen on the tour.

What a great weekend - well thought out itinerary, stunning scenery, magnificent weather - and a great bunch of Jensenites to share it with. Thanks John, Jackie and Mark for putting on a very special weekend - well worth the drive from Canary Wharf and back! Much appreciated.

John and Jackie did a right proper job organising the hotel, the food, and the indispensable route notes (I'd have been lost without them!). It was great to have a printout so I had a vague idea where I was going
And don't underestimate the value of a bit of local knowledge - it still takes time to string an itinerary together and make it work. You all gave us a taste of Cornwall and I'm up for more! :D

A big thanks to the organisers for all your hard work planning the trip and making sure all went smooth over the weekend.
It was great to see so many Jensens in stunning scenery being used as they were meant to be and to top it all some of the best weather I have seen all year.
Sadly heading back home today but with many great memories.

Just got home from our extended Devon & Cornwall tour 695 miles door to door. Had a weird fault on the way noticed the temp gauge climbing into the red slowed down and the gauge went down. Up the next hill and up it went again. Throttle controlled temp gauge :o Anyway fixed at the next coffee stop moved the temp sender wire away from the throttle linkage will have to reinsulate it later.

Great trip Thanks to Jackie, Jon & Mark for all their hard work arranging it.

Hi all.
Stayed in Bath last night very nice.
Called at the seven valley railway for tea and cake.
Got home cleaned the car just short of a thousand miles in total.

3219 Km ( 2000 miles) - don' t ask how many gallons of fuel (154,97 imperial  ) and 0.5 litre oil. Average of 13 miles per gallon.
Now s quick wash and back home.
It was a wonderful weekend, many thanks to Jackie, John and Mark for all the efforts.

Best Regard

Safely back home last night with 1167 enjoyable miles added to the clock.
I agree with the other posts, thanks to John etc. a smashing weekend. Great to see such a great number attending makes all the work worthwhile.
It was a bit of a shock this morning to wake up to a frost, ice on the sheep water trough and a lot of leaves on the drive, after seeing all the plants and trees in tropical Cornwall. Hey Ho back to reality looking forward to another trip in the future.
Graham.

Did the maths today and managed just over 15MPG over 940 miles and had the a/c running over half of that time :D
These cars are so cheap to run Susan is suggesting we use it for a trip to Scotland instead of her modern car so maybe another 1500 miles staring next week if the weather holds up.
