Would that be with the jam on top of the cream then? :twisted: :twisted:

Jam first (Cornish) or Cream first (Devon)

Only one way to settle it! One in each county....

Just a quick update on progress.

I recently wrote to Trebah Gardens in Cornwall , which was once the home of Donald Healey.

I have had a very positive reply from one of the directors. They are more than happy to allocate parking spaces

and advertise our meet well in advance.

They have suggested either Sun 20th or 27th September so to not clash with weddings taking place on the Saturdays.

I will now speak to Mark Rivron with a view to sorting accommodation and numbers early in the new year.

Link & a few pictures : http://www.trebahgarden.co.uk/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

There's also a family cider farm : http://thecornishcyderfarm.co.uk/a-litt ... y-history/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

(Note : If you like your history the US Army launched 7,500 men of the 29th Infantry from Trebah beach as part of the Omaha assault)
