Re: SP 131/4992
I found the standard brakes in good condition worked well, but if braking from over 130mph they would fade off before stopping. I now have the Fosseway kit and that is fine even with continued aggressive braking and shows no sign of fade. I’m about to change the rears to Fosseway as the standard set up (forgetting the substandard handbrake design) will suffer with overheating if driven hard.

Re: SP 131/4992
Yep they are sized to the standard master cylinder. The only problem I find (not really a brake problem, could be the wheels) is when driving “swiftly” through heavy rain and cold conditions they can over cool and need a bit of time to get the heat back up. I was driving through heavy rain and hail yesterday and everything was starting to get a bit cold to be honest.
I find them a very good and reliable set up, i’ve yet to take it on a track. I’ve done over 10k miles with them. 2 sets of pads and still the original discs.

15" wheels and tires should give a much more authentic and more softer ride. Although I love that Interceptor people accept variations much more than other clubs I love the appearance of the cars I near original condition but I do applaud those people enjoying their cars to the fullest. Go for it RacerJoe

About mid point on the dash loom the reds should be joined and the red and green traces wire should be joined but separately from the other colour. The manufacturers diagram did not make this clear and the circuits were joined togeather which I only found when going through testing each function. Bit of a pain then to get at it to split them.

Coming along nicely.
May I ask what paint code you used for the tangerine? I’m after a code for 1033’ repaint.

Re: SP 131/4992
I have read negative reviews about hard stops from 130 mph to near zero will heat up the discs too much so larger discs are better. A technical true nut being a road racer for 15 years with my home track with the longest straight away longer than any NASCAR straight the chances of having two straight aways where you could get to 130 mph is just a theory. Actually non drilled rosters dissipitate heat better than the drilled ones RacerJoe
