Grant. Your fade from high speed stops can be corrected with a different pad verses a larger disc. I am running Red stuff for the street but know I could run a better pad for high heat build up. Usually they need more warming up and not necessarily the best for street driving. The more meat in there discs no grooves no holes are more efficient but a lot of lesser knowledgeable people are impressed just like painting the calipers Red Verses Black which dissipates heat faster.
