Running a GM 4 speed auto thats why the flex plate looks different. Moved the ac and alternator because i wanted them lower for a cleaner look and the head on the rh side is further towards the rear so the compressor fitted better there

Nice job on the bottom end of the engine, Daniel. Rather unique setup on the alternator and AC compressor - is that common down under? Makes for a clean look.

Thanks im running an electric power steering pump mounted under the rhf fender so that allowed me to move things around and drop them down for a cleaner look its not something ive seen before i made all the brackets myself

Looking good Daniel! That’s some radical work. I always have to look hard on you right hookers and translate. Out of curiosity, what radiator are you running - it doesn’t look like a normal aluminum replacement. Also, do you have room for battery on right by fan opening (also looks like mod to larger diameter) or are you trunk mounting? How much slack in the AC lines - that stroker will flop hard to the side when you step on it.

Great work Daniel, could you post a few pics of the electric steering pump? what brand? is the assistance variable? sounds like an interesting solution.

The radiator was custom made to suit, the battery will be relocated to the boot, a/c lines surprisingly have a lot of movement and I have fitted poly-lock engine mounts so that should reduce the engine movement

The pump is out of a Toyota MR2, I chose to run this because of its size and they are very quiet, here is a photo of when I was test fitting it all

Thanks Daniel,

Looks like a nice fit behind the guard and seems to be a go-to choice for conversions from a little web search. My pump currently squeals at high revs so maybe another project to add to my wish list.

I like the inner wing finish is that rhino liner ??? for once it takes the eye from the fact you have not used hardura and does not look bad for it,,
