The hoots Christmas present installed. All the components work as they should, all it needs now is for a relaxation of the Covid restrictions locally so that i can give them a road test, living in Cornwall people are very sensitive to any abuse of the guidance at this time. The install is very discreet with only the GPS sender being plainly in view

Powerful, reliable, and for me, linked to the ECU for my fuel injection unit (same company).

Hi Colin, I followed the recommendation of Finch's who fitted similar to Mark Rivron's SP. It is mated to an MSD Digital 6AL which allows to set a rev limiter, i am advised it gives reliability and a bigger spark, which with a comp ratio of nearly 10:1 helps to produce close to 400 BHP and over 320 bhp to the wheels. That has now exhausted the limit of my technical knowledge, i'm sure there are others on here who could better explain the pros and cons of the MSD ignition system

One gas guzzler is never enough. The XJ-S Convertible was acquired earlier in the month to keep the Interceptor company

Another XJ-S fan here. About 2 years ago I was very keen on pursuing a rust free V12 coupe with circa 40,000 miles. Lovely biscuit interior and Excellent California sage-esque paintwork. Price was circa £6k.
I became convinced the only major problem with it was I was too tall to get in it....let alone get out of it
Bought another Volvo 240 instead
