Hello Mark , I put a sub under each seat, but I had to raise the seats by an inch and also mess around with the seat adjusting bars, but on a Mk3 they are a different set up under there so you shouldn't have to mess about with the bars and maybe not raise the seats either  , I also put tweeters in side of the roof plinths right by your ears.. brilliant system... It's kicking Hard :P but  at the lights if I don't turn it down quick enough if you get my drift

One question, what mirrors are they on the doors? I’m trying to source a suitable pair for my MkIII and think they’re the only mirrors that look ‘right’.
Raydyot “caterham style” I believe. They were a dealer fit for a lot of cars I believe. They must be available in stainless somewhere. I will say they work very well as well as look good.

Raydyot are a great fit as I have said here on the other post- also how JP&S & JCC did retro fit them- not in period though.

Number plates, think NYC started a trend- also a matching never restored car.

Tim, have you got a close up of the plates. Getting very sad now about details, it’s that bloody Healeys’ fault.
Also the promised body tidy up on MTU is getting more mentions, so it may well happen next year.

Due to the shite of life i’ve gone for a 600 mile bit of therapy. Then look what the bloody weather has done.
Anyway, an SP is a great laugh in the snow.

600 miles in a couple of days in The Anti-Concours!

I imagined you loved every minute.

Would have put a smile on everyone you passed.

Another nice looking but still in need of a lot of detail tuning SP is waiting for a trip on the Autobahn. Brakes are super poor - any suggestions?

I have had these four pot calipers fitted to my MK3 on stock alloys and they are available from Martin Robey's with the Jensen Logo as they own the copyright

I found the original brakes were good but if you stopped hard from over 130mph they would fade. I have Fosseway big brakes on the front at present and they work well, we’re about to fit Fosseway to the rear as well, so the handbrake will work and the balance should be better. The Fosseway kits work well with the original master cylinder. Obviously you need the 17” wheels, but then you can have some decent tyres.
What is wrong with the originals on yours?

Very soft pedal and long stopping way.
Will try to bleed them first, but had something similar with my Interceptor years ago.

Hi Joerg, you could always just give the car to me, then you haven't got the problem any more. :D I would even come and collect it, to save you any further hassle.
