115/3372
I thought it was time to post a few pictures of my 1969 Interceptor Mk1 that I bought from Dave Perkins in Oct 2010. All of the bodywork was restored by Dave (who did an excelent job) before I bought the car. In my ownership I have just maintained the mechanicals and spruced up the interior. Other than that I have been enjoying driving this great car at every opportunity.

Re: 115/3372
Some pictures taken at the weekend since the weather was so good. The car has recently been at Pale Classics for a complete revamp of the engine bay including a new wiring loom. I'm really pleased with the result. I have also had the wheels painted with Chrome paint after the chroming failed, again I am happy with how they have turned out.

Hello Andy
Looks very smart .............I think Crystal Blue is one of the best colours for an interceptor.
Your engine bay and wheels look good also when the weather gets better Ill drop you a pm (we are not too far away from each other) as would like a closer look at the wheels as its something I need to address on mine.

Lovely looking motor Andy, I too was looking at what could be done with the wheels, and have been contemplating having them Chrome painted. Where were they done, and may I be so bold as to ask how much they were? Do you have any pictures of them before painting? to see how good/bad they were before?

Re: 115/3372
Thank you all for your kind comments.
The wheels were refurbished by Rejen and I don't the exact process they used. I had originally bought a set that had been re-chromed but when they began to rust after less that 6 months Rejen agreed to find a better solution. With the new regulations for the chroming process we couldn't find any chrome process that we could be confident in so agreed to try chrome paint as an alternative. Rejen have kindly taken on this investigation and rework FOC so I don't know what the price would be but I'm sure Jason would be happy to advise if you call.
Any inspections welcome as soon as the weather permits.
