Oh Man..How Exciting for you Jase, such an enjoyment and satisfaction fitting them up isn't it, you want to rush it but you just can't and after all that work it needs to be right or you won't get back to it and there's no point, just do it right the 1st time, but I have plenty of faith in you Mr Man
What did you do about the engine in the end JasonMan?

I’m really hoping the engine is ok for this year. I would like to just tidy the engine bay this winter, run it for the summer and then will be onto engine, box and suspension next winter. She runs nice but if she runs hot I’ll do the heads this winter. I really don’t want to miss another summer off the road. Jason

Did you try the Proform electronic ignition set up?

I’ve not touched anything on the engine yet, I want to make sure it runs nicely before I swop parts so I know if I’ve caused any problems or they were already present. The Jensen is in the old garage for fitting up, new garage rule is it’s for storing cars that run only ! Jason.

Put super in, only £10 as was really only checking for leaks and small rd test. Will put more in tomorrow and go further. All good so far, hope to get out to loads of meets this year. Jason.
