This is Joel Mutton's Interceptor.
He bought it at the age of 14 for £550, a fur coat and a sack of spuds
Joel used the car as his every day car after passing his test, the car then came off the road in the early 90s and was being restored by Pure Class in Ross on Wye when they hit financial trouble. Joel had to travel down with some well built friends to get the car back.
Joel has only recently got the car back on the road, after a small local run back in September the run down to the Spring Weekend at Poole was the longest run the car has had for years. They got there and back without any issues so hopefully we will be seeing a lot more of Joel and the car.

Re: Joel Mutton's Interceptor
The first time I met Joel was at a photo shoot for Classic and Sportscar back in 2006. This was Joel in period costume

Hey Joel,
Very nice piece of kit you have there.I also noted the well
manicured nails.
May I ask, did your parents ever question what their fourteen
year old son was doing with a fur coat, a sack of spuds and five
hundred and fifty quid in his back pocket, and why he was trading
these for a Jensen interceptor?
I do admire your style.
