Great photo. Think of being that Jaguar driver, looking in the rearview mirror and seeing that beast at your tail. Haven't found many pictures of the C-V8 on the circuit though.

That XK150 has a strange roof line with very weird rear side windows. As if it is some kind of Estate ???? One off car?

Build to tow a race car and raced also. Good combination.
Found the picture in a book about XK150 and the author was polite enough to send me a high resolution file.
Now on my garage wall.

Looking at the registration, the car might be somewhere in Felix neighbourhood :-)

Didn't notice that the Jag was an estate- lovely car. Did see the license plate, now in Küsnacht just outside of Zurich.

"It was also fitted with a full-blown racing E-type engine."
