Free: 5l Dexron 2 transmission fluid [GONE]

Ok, it seems a bit daft to be offering "used" trans oil, but there is a reason: I had to drain the Torqueflite on my C-V8 five times while tracking down a serious leak, and each time I refilled, I put in 5 litres of new fluid and topped up with some of what came out (which was almost new to start with). All of the fluid that was drained out was filtered before going back in (an unnecessary step in truth, because the car was not run in between each attempt to fix the leak). This is 5l from the last (successful) attempt - it has been filtered, as before. Given the weight, it won't make sense to ship it, but if you live near it could be useful if you're having to do work on your Torqueflite, as it's typically £20 for 5l? I'm just south of London.



I'll only give this one a few days, and then it will be off to the oils recycling at the local tip!
