Another one from Bonhams that seems to have been in an overseas collection for 10 years. A few paint and mechanical issues obvious with this one but potential for the right buyer....

Presentation is everything, if they cannot be bothered to sort out the flat tyre what is wrong with the rest of the car.

A warning sign for sure. Short term neglect or longer? Check date codes on tyres, batteries, filters etc. There is a school of thought that the best cars are the ones no one has chosen to sell. Stolen recovered and accident damaged cars can be less obvious cars in that category. Estate sales, divorce etc are more obvious sellers that don't care about the car.

This and numerous other cars from the same collection sold by Bonhams both here and the USA all seem to be in a similar state - purchased around 2010- 2014, no history available, no recent maintenance or expenditure, all without batteries and not started or driven by the auctioneers. Having said that putting the spare wheel on rather than using a wheel skate would have improved the appearance of this one. After 10 years of limited activity in a hot climate I suspect that new rubber components throughout might be on the shopping list.
Usually import duty is also payable as these are here on a temporary import bond..as well as buyers premium and VAT etc. Good news is there is no reserve and the car seems to be registered with DVLA on it's original personal plate. Whether this can be retained and remain transferable is open to question.
