Mk111 Project

Post by Mark1Stu »

Looks an interesting proposition for somebody prepared to get their hands dirty. Car takes a good picture with the interior crying out for a good clean!

Looks like a nice car. Do a conversion back to petrol. Looks like a pretty rust free car with a decent interior at a reasonable price. :)

Apparently 136/8571...previously Havana brown. Despite V5 showing LPG, not apparently on the LPG register in the UK so getting insurance may be tricky without an official inspection/sign-off.

I would be very suspicious of a car that doesn't run but is described as an easy fix.
If it was easy then the seller would get it fixed and then increase the price significantly.

Underneath the car tells a very different story, previously offered on this forum.

No fuel tank present and car not run for a number of years

Yep, front floors may be relatively straight forward but rear spring mountings a different kettle of fish.
