I would love to test drive it as a well sorted SP must be fabulous to drive.
BUT............. There is no SP carb which to me makes it of very reduced interest; why has the seller spent so much but not re-introduced the SP Carburettor when they are easily purchased. !!!
He mentions engine and new gearbox - Does the seller know his SP engine is unique and the gearbox is also specialist to the SP. I would seriously make sure the parts used in the engine are SP parts and the gearbox is correctly an SP gearbox.

He offered them on f.b as he told me that are his dad's the other one is a dark grey resto-mod
After a few discussions he did say he was looking for around 55k for the sp
