Already @ £32,000 (18/05/21)

Looks to be some bubbling behind the rear arches / rear valance.

Not a fan of piping or 80’s front spoilers.

Will be interesting to see if it sells

Having been around Jensens for 40+ years I have never seen this interesting treatment of the splash panel in the front wheel arch.

Agree with Pymmie regarding the bubbling paint and overall I can see exactly why the vendor might want to move it on sooner rather than later.

Looks to be a good car. Agree piping is so 80's. Can only see "minor" bubbling and looks very repairable at reasonable (?) cost. @32K now will get asked for price I reckon. These cars are nearly 50 years old and are bound to have some blemishes. I think owner is being very honest with his video....warts and all. Sometimes you cvan be too critical especially if not in a position or need to buy. Kenny38

Yes it is easy to criticise and neither Pymmie or I were impolite enough to list too many of the obvious issues. You are right that this auction site gives the potential buyer a warts and all view so that they know what they are buying and can figure out for themselves where the repair priorities may lie and the costs involved to take this car to the next level.....if that is what they plan to do. I hope the new owner enjoys the car.. if of course, the vendors reserve is met.

Hi

Another car identified for my records
A later chassis number than my own car but registered 4 days earlier than mine
Original Registration No NWC 19 M but this was clearly changed prior to 1988

Kind regards

Jim Smith
Mem No 1639
136/8791 RJF 17 owned since September 1978
