If memory serves me correctly, this car was advertised on eBay (seller based in Devon near Jonathan Pym who I'm sure knows of it too). I was struck at the time that the advert seemed honest and the car looked a great candidate for someone who wanted to spend £ on a resto during these uncertain times. The interior looked good as well.
It will be interesting to see whether it sells for anywhere near the value originally sought on eBay. I do wonder, if I were the seller, whether the combination of canny Yorkshire buyers and a more bread and butter auction house are the right combination to secure maximum return for a Jensen. Hope I'm proved wrong.

Appears to have sold at £10,250.

Could be a good price for the buyer. Still got nice door shut lines. Hopefully the new owner will be very careful with the angle grinder and join the forum. Would be nice to see it in tangerine again.
