Restoration Project Jen Interceptor Mk1

Post by V8 TOB »

Due to ill health and a change of lifestyle, I am looking to sell my Interceptor Mk1.

The car is an unfinished restoration project. I drove it into my garage complete and now its just a shell...the Jensen was dipped...I had sills and floors replaced professionally....have a lot of spares like new wings , door skins etc from Martin Robey waiting to be fitted but still needs a lot of work to get to paint. The interior was complete but not the best of condition.

listing on the JOC website only as want to go to a fellow member.

The car is listed In the website hall of fame 115/2766 with a few pics.

I will not break the car under any circumstances.

Based in Epping Essex and (COVID allowing) welcome serious offers of interest.

PM me for any further details.

Best wished Toby V8 TOB

Putting aside your MK1 for the moment, I do hope your health improves and 2021 is a great start to your new lifestyle.

Best of luck with the sale.

Sorry to hear you are moving on, Toby. I was looking forward to seeing a Mk1 whizzing around Epping. I reckon I could just about hear it fire up from my house.

Hello All, i hope this post finds you all well.

Re listing the restoration project due to Covid protocol......

Hopefully you can see the original post with pics etc.

This is a GBP 5k giveaway.......no more or less.

It cost me more than that in Martin Robey Bills.....Just saying.....

Good luck to all and thanks for looking.

5K is an absolute steal for a MK1, hope someone can revive her.
Found a Vignale built LHD MK1 in South Africa, Sincar #15, chassis 117/2592.
On a long and winding road to restore it back to original condition.
